For my DT pieces I gave myself the challenge to create my cards without using any flower stamps! Here is my first card …
The stamps I used to create this card are from the Holiday Artsy and the VIGNETTE Tree Silhouettes sets. I hear you ask ‘Where are the trees?’ I used one of them to create the pattern and texture of my punched flower. There is also a short ‘How To’ craft along video to show you how I made the flowers.
Sandie also thought that i ought to enter the above card into the Green & Pink Challenge at Inkspirational. Hope it is ok to do at this point, I’ve been away for a few days with no/very limited internet access.
For my next project I used one of the new May Release Sets to create the bold contrast with a tiny added flower …
I love this bold happy sentiment, it never fails to make me smile! it is a Sentiment Builders set with one bold word and little add-ons, I love it!
These are all the new sets due to be released this month …
They are lovely and I am sure that they very quickly will become a ‘stash staple’. We will be celebrating the release with a BLOG HOP. Keep checking back for details here.

I love how you used the Holiday Artsy and Tree Silhouettes stamps on the first one, very trendy. And that layered flower is so pretty. Your Happy card is just that, Happy! Love them both!
